A well-structured
executive coaching program will help you to achieve your business goals more effectively
Why follow an executive coaching program?
We are all familiar with the idea of a sports coach, who works with athletes and sports teams to maximise their chances of winning.
The executive coaching program takes this idea in to the arena of business, to help the process of change and transformation. The coach’s role is to enhance your innate ability to grow.
Unhelpful thoughts, feelings and behaviours are identified and replaced with more useful ones which will help you achieve your business goals.
‘If you work hard on your job, you’ll make a living. If you work hard on yourself, you can make a fortune’
Jim Rohn, motivational speaker
An executive coaching program is for those who intend to be winners
It is for those who can take a hard look at themselves, acknowledge where they have weaknesses and gaps, and work to strengthen those points.
You are unique and the executive coaching program is designed around your individual requirements.
A typical program will run for 10-12 sessions and will be structured as follows:
Sample session with no charge and no obligation – to check compatibility between coach and potential client.
Establish coaching contract including scope of coaching, how many sessions, whether face-to-face, by phone or via internet phone system (usually a mixture of all three) and payment details.
Confirm confidentiality and discuss goal setting and objectives.
